K.A. Schmersal Receives Great Place To Work Certification

Taking part in the program for the first time, Wuppertal, Germany-headquartered K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification, the Schmersal Group announced on May 31. GPTW Head of Customer Consultancy Sebastian Diefenbach said good employers are “committed to credible, fair leadership and the active promotion of employees. Respect, trust and team spirit are an integral part of their corporate culture.” In addition to K.A. Schmersal, numerous other Schmersal Group subsidiaries have successfully participated in the GPTW program. Schmersal Group Head of People and Culture Dr. Anna Dahlem said the certification “provides us with valuable impetus to further develop ourselves as an employer and implement measures for improvement.”
