Kings III Acquires LiftNet

Kings III Emergency Communications, a leading provider of emergency communications headquartered in Coppell, Texas, announced on April 2 it has acquired LiftNet, formerly a Hyperion Solutions brand. LiftNet is a cloud-based remote elevator and escalator monitoring provider known for its 35-year legacy of innovation and commitment to system uptime. The acquisition enhances Kings III’s suite of monitoring solutions and highlights a larger shift happening in the vertical-transportation industry: a move toward integrated, proactive safety. Kings III stated that with LiftNet under the Kings III umbrella, “customers can expect greater visibility, faster response times and a single-source partner for both emergency communications and performance monitoring.”
