Opfermann

KONE announces that Andreas Opfermann is stepping down from the company’s Board of Directors, effective March 31. Opfermann is leaving because his position at chemical company Linde is requiring more time and demands, the company says. According to its Articles of Association, KONE’s board comprises a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 ordinary members, plus a maximum of three deputy members. As of the beginning of April, the board will consist of the following ordinary members: Matti Alahuhta, Susan Duinhoven, Antti Herlin, Iiris Herlin, Jussi Herlin, Ravi Kant, Jennifer Xin-Zhe Li and Krishna Mikkilineni. The board is chaired by Antti Herlin and vice-chaired by Jussi Herlin.
