KONE BoD Elects Board, Committee Members

The KONE Board of Directors (BoD) elected board and board committee members during its meeting on March 1. From among BoD members, Antti Herlin and Jussi Herlin were elected board chairman and vice chairman, respectively. For the Audit Committee, Ravi Kant was elected chairman and Matti Alahuhta, Jussi Herlin and Susan Duinhoven were elected members. Kant, Alahuhta and Duinhoven are independent of both the company and significant shareholders. For the Nomination and Compensation Committee, Antti Herlin was elected chairman and Alahuhta, Jussi Herlin and Jennifer Xin-Zhe were elected members. Alahuhta and Xin-Zhe are independent of both the company and significant shareholders.
