Designed by Input Creative Studio with Baltic Residence LLC, the building features a reflective glass façade with balconies and a rooftop terrace, as seen in renderings published by New York YIMBY. Sitting on an L-shaped parcel, the 68,808-ft² property includes 5,231 ft² of commercial space and 92 residences outfitted with washers and dryers. Amenities include a dog park, bike storage lockers, a gym, a party room, a business center and a children's playroom. The affordable housing lottery launched for the property in December 2025.
