KONE Elevators for New Jerusalem Apartment Buildings

The 24 high-ceilinged apartments in ONE DUBNOV, a pair of buildings in Jerusalem that appear to approximately five to six stories tall, will be served by four KONE elevators, according to onedubnov.com. Designed by Jerusalem’s Yoma Architects for a developer described only as an “international businessman and philanthropist,” ONE DUBNOV’s buildings will share a common lobby. Two elevators will serve each building, and wait time will be no more than 30 s. Most of the apartments will be able to accommodate a kosher sukkah —  a temporary hut constructed for use during the week-long Jewish festival of Sukkot — and all will have terraces of up to 408 m². Located in the Talbiyeh neighborhood next to midcentury modern landmark Villa Sherover, ONE DUBNOV is scheduled for completion in December 2024.
