The 24 high-ceilinged apartments in ONE DUBNOV, a pair of buildings in Jerusalem that appear to approximately five to six stories tall, will be served by four KONE elevators, according to onedubnov.com. Designed by Jerusalem’s Yoma Architects for a developer described only as an “international businessman and philanthropist,” ONE DUBNOV’s buildings will share a common lobby. Two elevators will serve each building, and wait time will be no more than 30 s. Most of the apartments will be able to accommodate a kosher sukkah —  a temporary hut constructed for use during the week-long Jewish festival of Sukkot — and all will have terraces of up to 408 m2. Located in the Talbiyeh neighborhood next to midcentury modern landmark Villa Sherover, ONE DUBNOV is scheduled for completion in December 2024.
