KONE Lands Major Elevator Order For Three-Tower Dubai Project

KONE announced on September 1 it landed a major elevator order from developer Binghatti for Binghatti Skyrise, a 250-m-tall, three-tower residential development in Dubai’s Business Bay scheduled for completion in March 2027. The order comprises next-generation high-rise technology and includes 44 MiniSpace^® and two N MonoSpace^® elevators with a maximum speed of 6 m/s. The elevators will serve more than 3,500 people daily and be supported by KONE 24/7 Connect, with uses AI to enable predictive maintenance, maximize uptime and ensure smooth transit. The Skyrise project builds on a longstanding partnership between KONE and Binghatti, which have collaborated on several landmark projects across Dubai. KONE Executive Vice President for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa Samer Halabi observed the collaboration also supports its Rise strategy, which centers around using advanced technologies to optimize residential People Flow^®.
