KONE Wins Several Design Awards for Digital Innovations

Finland-headquartered KONE received two Red Dot Awards — for the KONE Office Flow design system and The Beat of KONE — and an ICONIC Award for its Entrance solutions. Office Flow is a modular, connected People Flow^® solution that delivers smooth, personalized access and an enhanced user experience in the workplace, and The Beat of KONE is a real-time service dashboard providing data-driven insights into equipment performance, uptime and sustainability. KONE's Entrance solutions combine access control and destination control with physical barriers such as turnstiles and smart information screens. The awards "reflect KONE's commitment to innovation and the collaborative effort between design, brand vision and technical execution," KONE Head of Design Visa Rauta said. KONE has received more than 50 Red Dot Awards over the years, including for the DX Class digital elevator and the Lane digital turnstile, a next-generation access gate.
