Latham, McGroarty Transition to New Positions at Janus

Jonathan Latham, who has a more than 22-year career with Janus, transitioned from regional sales manager to regional product manager earlier this year. Based on Long Island, New York, Latham is leader of a team that is responsible for all Rath® and Janus communication products in North America. He serves as an educator in the elevator industry, product trainer and works directly with associate product managers, marketing and engineering teams to develop new products and maintain Rath and Janus elevator’s area of refuge and transit communication equipment “for a successful outcome for the customer and for our business.” In addition to Rath and Janus, Avire brands include E-Motive, Memco, TL Jones, and Microkey. Janus’ Rath and Janus offer premium elevator, area of refuge and transit communications devices, along with elevator safety edges and monitoring solutions. Also earlier this year, Aaron McGroarty, who is a graduate of Cardiff University, transitioned from head of product management in the U.K. to head of sales, North America, for Avire. McGroarty is an avid sports fan who is actively involved in playing rugby. He is now based in the Wisconsin office, where he leads sales for Avire brands including Rath and Janus. He transitioned to his U.S.-based position from Maidenhead, U.K., where he was responsible for managing Avire’s product portfolio and the U.K. technical support team. He has been with Avire for more than four years.
