Lerch Bates and Reserve Advisors To Host “Maintenance Matters” Webinar

A case study on the impacts of neglecting modernization and maintenance of vertical-transportation (VT) systems is among items on the agenda for “Maintenance Matters: Case Studies in Deferred Maintenance and Best Practices,” a webinar to be hosted by global multidisciplinary consultancy Lerch Bates Inc. (LB) and Reserve Advisors LLC at noon central time on June 22. A provider of studies to homeowners’ associations, property boards and homeowners, Reserve Advisors is presenting the webinar with LB to “provide valuable insights into proper preventive maintenance and the impact lack of maintenance has on the financial health of your community.” Besides the VT case study, the webinar will also take a look at building enclosure systems.
