Lerch Bates Names Rupe Internal Executive Board Director

Lerch Bates Inc., a consultancy headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, that provides vertical-transportation (VT) services and more, recently named company President Eric Rupe an internal executive board member. The board consists of primarily fully independent external directors. As an internal director, Rupe will contribute his knowledge about and familiarity with all client services in the company’s enclosures and structures, forensics, VT, logistics and façade access business units. Rupe has been with Lerch Bates for more than 12 years, and previously held leadership roles at KONE and Montgomery Elevator. He holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and studied business administration and management at London Business School in the U.K.
