Lerch Bates Names Zoelle NYC Area General Manager

Zoelle

Marc Zoelle has joined Lerch Bates as area general manager of the global consulting firm’s NYC office, Lerch Bates announced in February. Zoelle brings 21 years of elevator industry experience that span management roles at OEMs, including Otis, where he most recently served as senior director of mergers and acquisitions following more than three years as vice president of the Greater New York area, and KONE. In his new role at Lerch Bates, he will lead the NYC area’s vertical-transportation (VT) consulting services practice, reporting directly to NYC Area Vice President Joe Neto, whose former company, Joe Neto and Associates, was acquired by Lerch Bates in 2015. Zoelle is tasked with ensuring successful execution of project deliverables and financials while leading strategic planning, performance metrics measurement and benchmarking, forecasting, staffing, compliance and corporate standards implementation. Lerch Bates CEO Bart Stephan said Zoelle “will utilize his expertise with OEMs and the New York VT industry to support Lerch Bates’ strategic advancement and drive continued optimization of our business practices there.” In addition to its VT practice, Lerch Bates’ “robust testing and inspection operations” expect to see significant growth in the NYC area going forward.
