Lerch Bates Unveils New Brand Identity In 75th Year

Lerch Bates Inc. President Eric Rupe, CEO Bart Stephan and Chief Financial Officer John Arthur gathered with fellow Lerch Bates owners/employees at company headquarters near Denver on January 13 to unveil a new brand identity on outlets including YouTube and LinkedIn. As the consultancy is set to celebrate its 75th anniversary in November, the trio reflected on its evolution from being the first elevator, logistics and façade-access consultancy to a true multidisciplinary firm. They described numerous major acquisitions, including Pie Engineering & Consulting and Axis Facades, that helped it become so diverse and increased headcount by more than 30% at the 100% employee-owned company. The company observed the new logo’s use of “LB Bright Green” is a nod to the organization’s commitment to sustainability in projects, partnerships and internal practices. “Business cards, websites, invoices and collateral may have a fresh new look, but we are still the same trusted partners,” Stephan said.
