Liang Approved as FCIBSE Member

Hongliang Liang of London-based global vertical-transportation (VT) consultancy Aliang Lift Design Studio Ltd. announced his application for Fellow membership to the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) has been approved by CIBSE’s Members and Registration Panel. Liang extended special thanks to Dave Cooper, CEO of London-based VT consultancy LECS UK and vice president of CIBSE, for his support. Fellowship is the most senior grade of CIBSE membership, and indicates a member has “reached a position of superior responsibility; contributed significantly to the industry; has accountability for the design, management and financial implications of engineering projects; has proven expertise in at least one specialist sector; and has an understanding of the broad field of building-servivces design,” according to CIBSE.
