Those who participated in the 2023 National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) NexGen retreat in Nashville, Tennessee, on May 22-24 thanked the association for a positive, enriching experience. Co-chaired by Joseph Corrado of NYC-based Champion Elevator and Nick Dalvano of Hauppauge, NY-based All-Ways Elevator, the event featured educational sessions on building a recession-proof network, budgeting, working remotely, safety and sales, among other topics. Plenty of networking and an Awards Breakfast were also included. Thanking Corrado and Dalvano for sponsoring the retreat, United Vertical Group President Laureen Rios said she and her team are “grateful for the shared experience of participating in each lecture and being able to network and connect with our current and future industry leaders.”
