Lora Named Partner at NYC-Based Ascend Consulting Group

Brooklyn, NYC-based Ascend Consulting Group on January 9 announced the addition of Haniel Lora, a vertical-transportation (VT) industry professional with more than 20 years’ experience, as partner. His responsibilities include portfolio and client management and organizational leadership alongside Ascend founder and CEO Kenneth Seiferth III. The company observed Lora’s skills and expertise in engineering, design and contract management bring a valuable level of depth to its consulting services and bolster its potential for growth in architecture, construction management and real estate development. Prior to joining Ascend, Lora spent 15 years in leadership roles at NYC-based VT consultancies, including United Elevator Consultants and Vertical Systems Analysis, overseeing VT consulting services, engineering and design and project delivery. Lora is credentialed by the NYC Department of Buildings as an Elevator Agency co-director, is a NAESA International QEI-certified elevator inspector and holds OSHA 30 certification.
