Major U.S. Independent EFS Appoints Biskaduros CEO

Matt Biskaduros

Elevated Facility Services Group (EFS), headquartered in Tampa and providing elevator repair, maintenance and modernization in 58 markets across 24 states, has appointed Matt Biskaduros as CEO. Biskaduros follows interim CEO Tim Shea, who, with Wiser Partners, recruited Biskaduros. Shea remains an integral member of the EFS management team as he supports Biskaduros’ transition to his new role, which becomes effective this month. Biskaduros has more than 30 years’ elevator industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of services and modernization for TK Elevator (TKE) Asia Pacific, overseeing a more than US$700 million portfolio. Prior to TKE, he spent 28 years with Schindler, holding management and executive roles in Asia, Europe and Africa. Additionally, Biskaduros held engineering and sales roles at Trodella Elevator and Stanley Elevator.
