Maven Group Expands M&A Services Into Roofing Industry

With more than 40 successful elevator industry mergers and acquisitions (M&A) completed, Jupiter, Florida-headquartered Maven Group, LLC announced its expansion into the roofing industry on January 25. Maven’s original founder Bill Beaury observed the company spent years refining the process of helping sellers of independent companies optimize results. “It is now time to bring our expertise and the proven Maven process to another — yet very similar — industry,” Beaury said. Maven owner and President Dominik Sachsenheimer described the parallels between the elevator and roofing industries as “striking.” Like the elevator industry, the roofing industry involves residential and commercial service contractors, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers. Sachsenheimer said Maven is comfortable working with entities of all sizes — from small, family-owned businesses to large conglomerates and private-equity investors. Maven Director of Development Carson Bombara said: “We want to continue on the path of laser-focused expertise in a specific trade.”
