Mayar Holding Co. announced that its subsidiary, Elevator Solutions Investment Co., has established a wholly owned limited liability company, Elevator Solutions Maintenance Co., Maal reports. The company will focus on elevator maintenance activities and be headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company obtained all required regulatory approvals for the venture, and this comes as part of its strategy to expand its elevator and escalator maintenance services. With this company, Mayar aims to separate its maintenance activity into an independent profit center supported by the growing maintenance portfolio within its subsidiaries.
