Massachusetts Elevator Safety Association (MESA) hosted a meeting at Jake n Joe’s in Norwood, Massachusetts, in mid-November. Before 20 attendees, representatives from MEI Total Elevator Solutions spoke about the company’s new 6,000-lb-capacity Reflex landing system and acquisitions of Vertitron and Code Data Plate. MESA announced its new website is now live and that it will be awarding scholarships for the 2021-22 calendar year. Scholarship details are available on the website. MESA President Rollie Locke presided over the meeting and said he hoped to see everyone at the next meeting, planned at the Hilton Boston/Dedham on December 12, starting at 5 p.m. During that meeting, new officers and directors will elected. — reported by EW Correspondent Matthew Jackson
