MIPIM Coming to the Middle East in 2026

The first edition of MIPIM Middle East is planned on October 20-21, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. MIPIM, which stands for Le Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier or The International Market for Property Professionals, is traditionally an annual event held in Cannes, France, in March. The inaugural MIPIM Middle East will serve as “a new hub for global and regional investment, bringing together the international real estate and investment community with key policymakers and project owners from across the Middle East,” event organizer RX said. The event promises to “attract the global capital needed to realize the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region’s ambitious development visions” in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Qatar and the U.A.E. The event will include an exhibition, conference sessions focused on market trends, an investor forum, networking events and an optional additional day for guided tours of Riyadh’s landmark developments. “With the GCC poised for a property boom and an enormous investment pipeline, this the right time to take MIPIM to the region,” RX said.
