More Details on Tokyo Redevelopment Project Released

Additional details on Tokyo’s Uchisaiwaicho 1 Chome District Redevelopment project, which includes the Imperial Hotel, have been released, Japan Property Central reports. The project is spilt into three segments, the North block, Center block and South block, and 10 landowners and developers will be involved, including NTT Urban Development, Mitsui Fudosan, TEPCO Power Grid and the Imperial Hotel. Three of the towers will be 230 m tall and located in each block. The hotel, which will be located in the North block, will stand 145 m. All the high rises will be complete by the late 2030s.
