My Elevator Service Announces Modernization Services for Small Building Owners

Connecticut-based My Elevator Service has launched a new five-step elevator modernization service called R.E.N.E.W. to help small building owners upgrade their aging elevator systems. My Elevator Service owner Chris Bowler said the service was developed in response to clients’ request for guidance on affordable options for elevator modernization. The R.E.N.E.W. process will review the existing maintenance contract and technology, explain the available options, conduct a needs assessment, engineer a specification and weigh the benefits of each proposal.
