NAEC NexGen Educational Retreat Planned in Nashville

The National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) NexGen group — aimed at bridging the gap between current and future industry leaders — plans to host its 2023 Educational Retreat in Nashville, Tennessee, on May 22-25. Those planning to attend may now register and book a room at the Graduate Nashville hotel in Midtown. On the agenda are sessions on building sales, creating a positive work environment, understanding company budgets, navigating supply-chain challenges and working remotely. A Welcome Reception and Awards Breakfast is also planned. NexGen currently has more than 200 active members representing over 85 companies with equal representation among contractors and suppliers. NexGen is chaired by Nick Dalvano of All-Ways Elevator and co-chaired by Joe Corrado of Champion Elevator.
