NAEC Virtual Town Hall on “Next Generation Sales”

The National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) held a Town Hall meeting via Zoom on December 12 for all members. Approximately 100 attendees joined the webinar to hear Dynasty Elevator Business Development Manager Amelia Holguin’s presentation, “Next Generation Sales.” Holguin shared insights gathered by speaking to emerging professionals and senior leaders in the elevator industry, comparing each generation’s approach to sales. A “voice for the new generation,” she covered timely industry topics including the generation gap, continuing education and sales best practices. Participants were encouraged to submit questions and comments through Zoom’s chat feature. The meeting concluded with a Q&A opportunity, and NAEC Member Services Committee Chairman John Dodds commented that Holguin’s session was the “most interactive [online] event to date.”
