New Apartment Tower Planned In Gold Coast

Devine Development Group plans to build an AUD340-million (US$250-million) apartment tower featuring premium private residences on a beachfront site in Gold Coast, Australia, Brisbane Development noted on July 5. Royale Gold Coast, as the project will be known, will be developed on a prime, 2,251-m2, northeast facing corner block at Northcliffe Terrace. It will bring 108 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, sky homes and penthouses across 38 stories, priced from AUD1.59 million (US$1.17 million), with the average apartment price set at AUD3 million (US$2.21 million). Planned amenities include a concierge, a wellness center with a state-of-the-art gym, an exclusive residents’ club with a cinema, a library, an executive lounge, a commercial kitchen for caterers and three swimming pools. Building design is by DKO Architecture, with interior architecture by Mim Design.
