New Margaritaville Resort Opening In Times Square In July

A Margaritaville Resort will open on Seventh Avenue at 40^th Street in Times Square in July, Time Out reported in June. The US$300 million, 32-story hotel will feature 234 guest rooms, five restaurants and bars, a heated outdoor pool, rooftop patio and a vertical-transportation system by Rotavelle. Rooms are available in standard, deluxe and premium options and can be booked for July 5 and onward. The Times Square location marks the 23^rd Margaritaville Resort and the first new hotel to open in NYC this year.
