The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) invites NYC elevator contractors, consultants and suppliers to its webinar on December 1 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. along with a Networking Happy Hour on December 5. Elevator contractors, consultants and suppliers are invited to participate in the free webinar as it relates to 2024 budget and maintenance cost changes. The happy hour event on December 5 is for building management professionals and will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Trattoria Bianca Restaurant in Manhattan, NY. The cost for ELEVATOR WORLD readers and NYARM members is $20.
