Fujitec Hong Kong, Fujitec’s first overseas company that is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, is preparing for Japan’s National Occupational Safety and Health Week in October by reinforcing worker safety and health measures and initiatives it has prioritized for years. Work safety measures include supplying employees with sweat-absorbent uniforms and portable fans and ear protection that corresponds with international standards; and conducting special training programs implementing virtual reality covering the proper use and importance of safety harnesses. Fujitec Hong Kong also teaches employees how to protect themselves from lung disease and conducts quarterly fitness classes. Fujitec Hong Kong “persists in its business of continuity and has been addressing the issues of safety and reliability” since its inception. The company considers itself a role model for the business activities of all Fujitec companies.
