Otis Names Henson VP For Strategy, Development

Otis has named Bryant Henson, a longtime business experience leader, executive vice president for the OEM’s Global Strategy & Business Development department, the company announced on January 5. Henson, who will begin the new position on January 10, reports directly to Otis President and CEO Judy Marks. The announcement described Henson as an experienced leader with a record of success driving strategic growth outcomes and delivering products, services and technology solutions across government and commercial businesses to customers around the globe. He comes to Otis with experience from L3Harris Technologies, where he served as president of the Tactical Communications Sector. Prior, he held an L3Harris position as president of its Technologies’ Mission Avionics Sector. Before that, he was vice president and general manager of the Harris Corp. Avionics business unit. Henson began his career at Lockheed Martin, where he was an executive leader and held roles of increasing responsibility in general management, program management, business development, strategic planning, engineering development, supply chain management, business performance and quality. In mentioning the move, Marks said Henson “brings the right skills and energy to support our strategy and further enable growth.”
