Quebec real estate developer Brivia Group has entered into a strategic partnership with IPSO FACTO Real Estate Fund to build the 61-story, 763-ft-tall 1 Square Phillips tower, a luxury condominium and rental residential high rise under construction in downtown Montreal, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat reported in March. Work on the first phase of the project, valued at CAD560 million (US$443 million), began in July 2020 and has been progressing on schedule since. As of the start of construction, 75% of its 498 condominium units had already been sold. The first phase of the project will be delivered in 2024.
