Among recently completed or upcoming Otis NYC jobs are elevators for new residential towers in Mott Haven, Bronx, and the Lower East Side of Manhattan, NYC. In Mott Haven, Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it will be providing three Gen3 PEAKTM elevators and two freight elevators for a 27-story tower developed by RXR Realty and designed by CetraRuddy Architecture at 2413 Third Avenue. Construction began in late 2022 and is set to wrap up by the end of 2023, New York YIMBY reported. RXR’s first development in the Bronx, the property will include 200 rental units, amenities, parking and ground-level retail. On the Lower East Side, Otis provided one Gen2® elevator for the recently completed 63 Pitt Street, designed by Frank Quatela Architects and developed by Paul Stallings of 6 Strong Realty LLC. YIMBY reported First Standard Construction was general contractor for the tower, which includes 59 rental units.
