Schindler Lifts Australia has promoted Stefano Montresor to managing director (MD) of Schindler Lifts Australia, where he had a 14-year-long career in various positions. In 2010, Montresor joined the company as the Existing Installation & Systems manager. During this time, Montresor launched FieldLink, a digital tool case for service technicians in the field, in addition to working on various reliability and efficiency initiatives. Montresor was named as MD of Malaysia and Brunei in 2018, then returned to Australia in 2021 to become director of New Installation and Modernization Fulfillment. His dedication and consistent track record led to his recent promotion to MD. As MD of Schindler Lifts Australia, Montresor said he understands how important it is to have the right team by his side, which aligns with his emphasis on collaboration. In his new role, Montresor said he is committed to driving strategic growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency.
