Site Service Software, Inc., an elevator service industry software provider, announced on December 15 it has been acquired by Toronto, Canada-headquartered CORA Group, a division of Constellation Software Inc. Douglas vanden Bosch has been named CEO of both Site Service Software and Total Service, a CORA Group company offering ERP (enterprise resource planning) solutions for the elevator service industry. With the elevator service software companies operating under the same umbrella, the strategic acquisition brings together complementary strengths in service management software, expanding the capabilities and resources available to customers of both companies, Site Service Software observed.
