Aitken Spence Elevators, a supply, installation and maintenance company in partnership with Otis in Sri Lanka, recently won the international award “Excellence in Business Transformation” during the Business Transformation Leadership Awards presentation by World Leadership Congress and powered by CMO Asia. The award, reported by ADA derana Business, recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in Business Process Management and workflow, while paying special attention to implementations that support processes extending beyond corporate boundaries to support customers, partners and suppliers. Awards by World Leadership Congress aim to recognize, showcase and reward companies, such as Aitken, for their innovation. Specifically, the company was noted for its Document Management System Project, Maintenance Automation Project and more.
