Standard Elevator Systems Renamed Hyperion Solutions

Standard Elevator Systems (SES) announced on September 16 it has been renamed Hyperion Solutions, introduced a new logo and motto — “Prepare to Elevate Expectations” — and launched a new website. Consisting of brands including Elevator Equipment Co., EMI Porta, Integrated Display Systems, McIntosh Industries and SES (Torin Drive North America), Hyperion is a Memphis, Tennessee-headquartered provider of vertical-transportation systems and components, digital solutions and technical services. Hyperion recently expanded its portfolio of brands with the acquisition of Vator Accessories Inc., based in Addison, Illinois, and Titan Machine Corp. of Long Island City, New York. Vator manufactures a comprehensive range of traction and hydraulic elevator components and accessories, and Titan Machine provides new elevator and hoistway equipment. Hyperion CEO Sterrett Lloyd joins other team members in formally introducing the expanded brand at the 2022 National Association of Elevator Contractors convention in Louisville, Kentucky, through September 21.
