TKE Boston Earns Kudos from Commercial Property Firm

The Boston branch of TK Elevator (TKE) recently shared on LinkedIn a note of thanks from Colby O’Connor, assistant real estate manager at commercial property firm CBRE, for work TKE performed at 101 Seaport Boulevard, a 440,000-ft², LEED Platinum-certified 17-story office tower in the city’s Seaport District. O’Connor praised the promptness, professionalism and work of TKE Boston Account Manager Olivia van der Meer and onsite technician Chris Crowley for their service over the past three years. TKE said its Boston branch installed a TAC50 controller and AGILE destination-dispatch system at 101 Seaport as part of a recent modernization.
