Chicago developer Sterling Bay has filed paperwork with city officials to launch a high-rise, mixed-use tower at 360 North Green Street in the Fulton Market neighborhood, Chicago Architecture reports. The project was first mentioned in 2017, but the developer has since fleshed it out and is ready to move forward with a taller, visually lighter project. It will offer Class-A office space and retail space totaling 498,844 ft2, will hold 26 stories within a height of 425 ft, and will sit on a land tract measuring 61,900 ft2. It will include parking for 90 cars and have two loading docks. The designer is Gensler. No construction timetable was given.
