It is set to entail an investment of US$30 million and will include more than 36,000 m2. The buildings will include two levels of amenities, one floor of commercial space and seven basement parking levels that can hold 300 vehicles. Apartments will be available as one, two or three bedrooms, and include window frames allowing natural light, sliding glass balcony doors, wood-effect ceramic floors, Italian-designed kitchens, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops and more. Amenities include a gym, a yoga deck, a wood oven, a barbecue area, a social room and firepits. A construction timeline was not given.
