Warsaw Office Complex Project Receives Second-Phase Investment

Sweden-based development company Skanska has invested EUR100 million (US$109 million) in the second phase of Studio, an office complex in Warsaw, Poland. Located in the Wola district, the 27-story building will have approximately 26,600 m2 of leasable area. The Studio complex is situated between two underground stations and includes a public plaza for relaxation, walks and meetings. The second phase aims to deliver sustainable office spaces that support the well-being of tenants. It is expected to receive several certifications, including LEED Core & Shell, WELL Health & Safety Rating and Building Without Barriers.
