Work Begins On 26-Story Residential Tower In Phoenix

Developers have begun work on a new residential tower in the Roosevelt Row Arts District of Phoenix, Arizona, Benzinga Pro reported on July 27. Hubbard Street Group and Cresset Real Estate Partners broke ground for Skye on 6th, a 26-story, 309-unit building that will be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified and include 6,500 ft2 of ground-floor retail space. Floorplans include studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with penthouse units on the top floor. Amenities include a pool deck, a fitness center, a co-working area, bicycle storage, indoor parking and storage lockers. The site provides easy commuter access to highways, light rail and airport facilities. The design architect is Shepley Bulfinch, and the contractor is Clayco. Completion is expected by summer 2023.
