Fatality Occurs In Elevator Incident In The Philippines

A 45-year-old died falling down an elevator shaft at a commercial establishment in Baguio, Philippines, GMA Regional TV reported on November 5. The man was trying to use the freight elevator to dispose of trash. The light indicated the elevator was operational, but it did not appear when the doors opened, and the man fell 20 m. He was rushed to the hospital and declared dead there.
