Elevator Symposium, which is held in Izmir every two years with the cooperation of MMO and EMO but was postponed last year due to the pandemic, will be held online in 18-20 November 2021.
The Regulatory Board meeting of the Elevator Symposium 2021 organized by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO) and Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO), and carried out by the Izmir Branches, has been held online on May 15, 2021. Regulatory Board members composed of 28 people from various branches of both Chambers attended the Regulatory Board meeting and took decisions about the symposium. Accordingly, the symposium, which is planned to be held this year, will be organized online in 18-20 November 2021.
At the meeting, the executive committee has been determined by the Regulatory board. The executive committee is composed of Selda Ünver, Abdülhalim Akışın, Mehmet Ay, Mehmet Kara, Sefa Targıt, M. Berkay Eriş, Cem Bozdağ, İbrahim Özçakır, Burak Demircan and Bülent Göksülük from MMO; Egemen Akkuş, Barış Aydın, Bülent Çarşıbaşı, Serdar Tavaslıoğlu, Battal Murat Öztürk, Alparslan Temur, H. Onur Ercan, Mustafa Mumcu and Ahmet Aydın from EMO; and İlyas Menderes Büyüklü from The Ministry of Industry and Technology.
Zehni Yılmaz, on behalf of EMO, and Süleyman Zafer Güneş, on behalf of MMO, became the secretaries of the symposium.
