The National Elevator Industry, Inc.'s most popular infographic was updated earlier this year. Originally created in 2015, "GOING UP?" effectively illustrates that elevators and escalators are the safest forms of public transportation with estimation of the total miles traveled on building transportation equipment, as well as airplanes, trains and automobiles.
