3Phase and Next Level Elevator Announce Merger

3Phase Elevator and Next Level Elevator, an independent provider of vertical-transportation system maintenance, repair, modernization and testing in the Los Angeles market, announced a merger on July 28, strengthening 3Phase’s presence in California where it already has a strong foothold with Specialized Elevator, covering San Francisco to San Diego. Welcoming Next Level to its group of International Union of Elevator Constructors independents, 3Phase observed that the company has grown through building long-term customer relationships and targeting modernization projects in which it has expertise. The existing Next Level team, led by Jevon Hadley and Lance Green, remains in place. “This partnership gives us access to the resources to expand geographically and take risks in the L.A. market that are difficult to justify for a small independent,” Hadley said.
