A1 Elevator and Pinnacle Elevator Join Forces as A1 Pinnacle

A1 Elevator and Pinnacle Elevator, both serving the greater New Orleans, Louisiana, area and part of the Elevator Service, Inc. (ESI) family of companies, have unified as A1 Pinnacle, ESI announced on March 5. Under the A1 Pinnacle banner, the company will continue offering elevator and escalator service and repair, modernization, new installation and 24/7 emergency support. ESI said the integration will "leverage shared technology, operational processes and expanded service capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on local responsiveness and community engagement — hallmarks of both A1 and Pinnacle in the market." In addition to the greater New Orleans area, A1 Pinnacle serves clients throughout southern Louisiana and Mississippi.
