Colley Elevator Receives CE Certification

Colley Elevator Co., headquartered in Bensenville, Illinois, announced the recent certification of its Elevator 101 course for continuing-education (CE) credit. The course is approved by Community Association Manager International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1 h of CE requirements for the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification. Established by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the CAMICB was formed to administer a national, voluntary certification program for community association managers. The course is aimed at providing community association and property managers with a better understanding of their elevator equipment. Initially presented as a “lunch-and-learn” workshop in summer 2023, the course elaborates on code mandates, equipment obsolescence, preventive maintenance and capital planning for modernizations.
