Grand Opening for Tadawul Tower Expected Soon

Completed in late 2022, Tadawul Tower in Saudi Arabia’s capital and main financial hub, Riyadh, is only a few months away from its expected grand opening, the Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat reports. Located in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the 200-m-tall building awaits only final interior work. Tadawul Tower is in the center of the KAFD, among five other high-rises grouped around a plaza. It is served by a Schindler vertical-transportation system. The tower includes the Tadawul Head Office, Sky Lobby, the Tadawul Club and Learning Center, tenant offices, a data center, a conference center and retail venues. The project uses minimal energy, relative to traditional towers in the region, and has received LEED-CS Gold certification.
