Jackson Lift Group has completed a EUR2.23 million (US$2.6 million) purpose-built operations, stores and warehouse facility in Paisley, Scotland. Having maintained a presence in Scotland for more than two decades, Jackson identified the need for a larger, strategically located base to support its existing lift maintenance, repair and modernization customer portfolio within the country. In 2022, the company acquired a major commercial site in Paisley that would provide access to Glasgow city center and key transport links across Scotland. Construction began in 2023, and the facility became fully operational at the end of 2025. The net-zero development includes 10,000 ft2 of office, warehouse, service and operational space. To support carbon-neutral operations, the building is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels, battery storage systems, air source heat pumps and EV charging infrastructure for Jackson's expanding electric vehicle fleet.
