Japan Elevator Service Holdings Co., Ltd. refreshed its leadership structure following its 32nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, confirming Katsushi Ishida as president and representative director CEO and Kimihiko Imamura as director, deputy president and chief financial officer, alongside three outside directors, The Globe and Mail reports. The appointments underscore the company’s emphasis on governance and financial oversight as it continues to expand its elevator maintenance and service operations. The company also named Shuji Kuramoto as deputy president executive officer, with Shinsuke Uno and Yuji Nagahama taking senior and managing executive roles, respectively, to reinforce supervisory functions. Additionally, three new executive officers were appointed and certain responsibilities were reshuffled, signaling an effort to strengthen management depth and operational control.
